This project examined geographic disparities in the availability of essential cardiac care in counties across the United States. Data from the 2020 American Hospital Association annual survey and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Provider of Services File was used to determine availability of cardiology, interventional catheterization, or diagnostic catheterization services.
